Live Text is a very cool feature introduced in iOS 15. It works in both the Camera app and the Photos app to automatically scan for text appearing in an image. It allows the user to easily search for text, or copy it directly from an image. However, Live Text can sometimes get in the way. If there are many blocks of text, you may find the indicators distracting and you may prefer not to have them if you do not often use the feature. If you like to work in the Photos app one handed, double tapping may not function as expected; double tapping in a block of detected text will not zoom but will instead select the text. If for these, or other reasons, you want to turn off this feature, this guide explains how to disable Live Text in iOS 15.

One of the coolest new gestures is the ability to double-pinch to take a photo, eliminating the need to even press a button when taking a photo with the Apple Watch Camera Remote. The TV app on iPhone is designed to bring all of your entertainment content together in one app. Instead of having to individually search through your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc, you can use the TV app to quickly see what’s up next and look at watching options for the streaming services you’re signed up with, as well as movies and tv shows available in the iTunes Store, of course. The TV app can be used across all of your devices, allowing you to pick up where you left off watching your favorite show, whether on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Likewise, you can connect Apple Music to your TV app on iPhone, which will allow you to access your music in the TV app as well.
