How to See Only Unread Emails in the iPhone Mail App

The Apple Mail app on the iPhone allows you to filter your email with a single tap. When you tap the filter icon in the Mail app, you can easily turn the email filter on or off. You can then use this email filter to view only your unread emails, but you can also customize the iPhone's email filter so you only see flagged emails, emails sent that day, or emails with attachments. Here’s how to filter emails in the Mail app on your iPhone to see only unread emails.
Starting with iOS 10 on the iPhone, you can subscribe to Publications within Apple News. For example, The Wall Street Journal has a premium subscription only members can view. With iOS 10, you can subscribe to that publication right from within the News app. If you already have a subscription to a publication outside of Apple News, you can log in to that subscription to view that publication’s news in the News app. When this feature was first launched, only a handful of publications took advantage of the option. But I imagine you’ll see it more and more. Here’s how to subscribe to publications in Apple News.
