How to Use iCloud to Disconnect Apple Watch from iPhone

1. Log in with your Apple ID and password to icloud.com.
   
   
    
2. Click Find iPhone.
   
   
3. Tap your Apple Watch in the All Devices menu. 
   
   
4. Click Erase Apple Watch. 
   
   
    
5. Confirm by clicking Erase.

Unlock your Apple Watch with your passcode.

4. Tap Erase All Contents and Settings. 
   
   
5. Enter your password.
6. If you have a Cellular model Apple Watch, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan (keep your plan if you are going to pair your Apple Watch to a new iPhone).
7. Tap Erase All to confirm.
