We find ourselves in the doldrums of summer now, when everyone is too tired and sweaty to make any big news announcements (with little regard as to whether this makes my job harder or not, might I add). It's the time of year when the weather is the news, and I hope all of you living in places experiencing extreme heat find ways to stay safe and cool.
