Best Tech Bags for Keeping It Together in Style

At times, our amazing tech is only as useful as it is portable. Whether you ride a bike or take business trips, keeping all your devices secure and together in an organized pack with their charging cords can be a challenge. Yet with our repertoire of tech devices growing (Macbook, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc), one person could easily have all four and need to carry, at least, their laptop and phone with them. Luckily, where there is demand there is also supply. Here’s my best tech bags for keeping your devices plus personal gear together in portable style.

One of the more expensive bags on our list, Waterfield Designs thinks of everything when creating a tech backpack. This bag has room for your Macbook, iPad, charging cords, magazines, water bottle, phone, and more. Waterfield is known for creating high quality products that are as functional as they are classy.

Topo Designs X WoolRich Rover Pack ($198)

Made in the USA with high quality woolen fabrics, this Rover Pack is glorious. There’s an inner laptop sleeve for your computer and two exterior side pockets with compression straps. If you prefer serious organization for various devices, you might want a different bag. But for the typical person carrying their laptop, cords, and other necessary items this is a perfect bag and it’s lovely to look at.

Convoy 13” Convertible Sleeve ($59.95)

This is a super slim bag meant for laptops up to 13” and includes an extra front pocket for iPad. It’s made of canvas with a wax coating for water resistance. It has a good sized front accessory pocket and uses a strap design that gives you three different options: over-shoulder, backpack, and handle. Overall, this is one of my favorites as it’s wonderfully functional, minimal but classy, and affordable.

Flat Pack by Hard Graft ($328)

This slim, cross-body tech bag for Macbook, iPad, and more is about as high quality and classic as they come. The bag is handmade in Italy out of Tuscan vegetable tan leather and German wool felt. The zipper is on the inner side of the bag, keeping all your belongings safe as only you’re able to access it. Furthermore, the bag comes in small, medium, or large so you can get the perfect size for your needs.
