How to Cancel Amazon Music through Apple Settings

Depending on how you signed up for Amazon Music Unlimited, there are multiple ways of canceling your subscription. If you signed up through the iPhone or iPad Amazon Music app, the subscription should be linked to your Apple ID, so you’ll need to cancel by following the steps below.   1. Open the Amazon Music app.

    Open the Amazon Music app.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

    Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Manage your subscription. The app will redirect you to your Apple subscriptions in the Settings app.

  5. Tap Amazon Music: Songs & Podcasts.

    From here, under Active, tap Amazon Music: Song & Podcasts.
  6. Tap Cancel or Cancel Free Trial.

    Tap the red Cancel button.
  7. Tap Confirm to cancel your Amazon Music subscription.

You'll still be able to listen to music on the Amazon music app until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll need to resubscribe in order to access the service.

How to Cancel Amazon Music Subscription Online

If you subscribed to Amazon Music through the Amazon app or online, your subscription is likely linked to a debit or credit card. This means that you can cancel the subscription directly from your Amazon account settings. Here's how to cancel your Amazon Music subscription from a browser:

  1. Go to Amazon.com.
  2. If you are not already logged in, tap Sign In and enter your username and password. 

  3. Once you are signed in, tap your profile icon.

  4. Scroll down and tap Your Memberships & Subscriptions

    Scroll down and tap Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
  5. Scroll down to Amazon Music Unlimited, and tap Cancel Subscription.

  6. Tap Continue to cancel.

  7. You might be offered a discount deal to keep your membership. If you still wish to cancel, tap Continue to Cancel

  8. Tap Confirm cancellation to end your subscription.

Once you’ve canceled your Amazon Music subscription, you will be free to try another music streaming service.
