How to Quickly Update All Your Apps at Once on Your iPhone (Updated for iOS 13)

iPhone app developers release updates from time to time, whether it be to fix bugs or add new features. If you're wondering, "how do I get updates for my apps?" there are two answers. You can change your settings to update apps automatically, but there's also an easy way to check which updates are available for your apps and download them. Let's learn how to quickly update apps all at once on your iPhone.

Before you begin, make sure your iPhone is updated to iOS 13, and that all of your devices are signed in with the same Apple ID

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the page.

  3. The apps you need to update will be listed under Available Updates; update all your apps at once by tapping Update All, or select individual apps to update by tapping Update next to the app name.
  4. Tap Done when you're finished selecting which apps to update.

All the apps that you chose to update will download their updates, and you'll be good to go!
