How to Set Precise Times More Quickly in the iPhone Calendar App

I use my Calendar app to set reminders for meetings and appointments. These events are usually scheduled to begin when the minute hand is at a 0 or 5, so scrolling through each minute on Calendar can be annoying. Here's a quick tip for setting precise times on your Calendar app that will take less than a minute to learn!

  • Open Calendar app.

  • Tap + in the upper right corner to create an event.
  • Tap Starts and then double tap on the time clock wheel that appears. This changes the minute-by-minute clock to five-minute intervals.
  • Tap Ends and repeat the same steps to change the ending time clock wheel to five-minute intervals.
