How to Save Articles to Read Later in Safari on iPhone

Sometimes while I’m browsing the internet, I’ll run across an article I’d love to show my husband; or sometimes I’ll find one I want to read, but just don’t have time at the moment. With Apple’s Reading List, you can save any article from the web and go back and read it at any time. Here’s how to save articles to read later in Safari on iPhone.

How to Save Articles to Read Later in Safari on iPhone

  • Once you find an article you want to save, tap the Share button on the bottom of your screen.

  • Then tap on Add to Reading List.

To access your Reading List in Safari:

  • Open Safari.

  • Tap on the Bookmarks icon on the bottom of your screen, which looks like an open book.

  • Then tap on the reading glasses icon at the top of the screen. Here you will find all the articles you’ve saved from the web. Just tap on the one you want to read.

To delete an article from your Reading List:

  • Swipe left on the article and tap Delete.

You can also swipe left on an article to Mark as Read if you want easy access to the article in the future. To hide read emails, you would just tap Show Unread.
