You need to set up Family Sharing and add your kids to the group. Here's how to set which apps your kids can download on an iPhone or iPad.

Open the Settings app.
Tap Family.
Tap your child's name.
Tap Screen Time.
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Tap App Store, Media, Web & Games.
Tap Apps.
Tap the Age Rating.
Tap the Age Rating of your choice, in this case, 9+.
