To quickly lock a note in your iPhone's Notes app:
- Open the Notes app and view your list of notes.
- Find the note you want to lock and swipe left on it.
- Tap the lock icon to lock that note.
- You’ll need to use Touch ID or Face ID to confirm it’s you. A lock will then be added to the note and you will need to unlock the note in order to view it from now on.
- If you decide the note no longer needs to be kept locked, you can also swipe left to remove a lock from a note in the same way.
Now you can add a lock your notes!
