To quickly lock a note in your iPhone's Notes app:

  1. Open the Notes app and view your list of notes.
  2. Find the note you want to lock and swipe left on it.
  3. Tap the lock icon to lock that note.

  4. You’ll need to use Touch ID or Face ID to confirm it’s you. A lock will then be added to the note and you will need to unlock the note in order to view it from now on.
  5. If you decide the note no longer needs to be kept locked, you can also swipe left to remove a lock from a note in the same way.

Now you can add a lock your notes!
