3D Touch is here to stay. With iOS 10, 3D Touch can be found in a lot more places, performing more functions. This includes Control Center on iPhone. Control Center is accessed when you swipe up from the bottom of your screen. Along the bottom of Control Center are four icons that allow you to jump into using important features: flashlight, timer, calculator, and camera. With iOS 9, each icon performed a singular function. However the iOS 10 Control Center now uses 3D Touch to provide quick action options for making the flashlight more or less bright, setting the timer at a preset time, copying results from Calculator, and jumping directly into the Camera mode you need. Here's how to use 3D Touch in iOS 10 Control Center on iPhone.
With iPhone 6s or iPhone 7, you can 3D Touch each of the icons at the bottom of Control Center. We'll go over each icon and the options they present when 3D Touched.
