You can add widgets to your Lock Screen and even change the clock's appearance. Here’s how to change the clock font on your iPhone.

Whether you’re adding widgets or customizing your clock, you can make your iPhone’s Lock Screen unique to you and your personality. - On your Lock Screen, tap and hold on any empty space.
- Tap Customize. If you have not yet created a custom Lock Screen, you may be prompted to create a new one.
- Tap Lock Screen.
- Tap the clock.
- Here, you can choose the font that you like the most.
- You can tap the globe icon to see other font styles.
- You can choose a color for your clock as well.
- If you scroll to the end of the available colors, you can tap the color wheel to choose a custom color.
- You can use a color grid, spectrum, or sliders to select your desired color.
- You can also tap the paint dropper icon to choose a color from your wallpaper so that the color of the clock matches better.
- Some colors will also have a slider to choose how light or dark you want to make the color.
- Once you have selected a font and color that you are satisfied with, tap the X or the background to close the menu.
- Tap Done in the upper right corner of your screen to save your clock font.
Note: Any color you choose for the clock will also apply to any widgets on your Lock Screen.

How to Change the Size of Your Clock on iPhone
Now that you know how to change the font on your iPhone Lock Screen, what about the size? While you can easily change the font of your Lock Screen clock, changing the size of the font, is another story. It is possible to change the size of the clock, but it will affect other settings too. Here’s how to change the font size on iPhone:
- Open the Settings app, and tap Display & Brightness.
- Scroll down and tap Display Zoom.
- Here, you can choose how big or small everything on your iPhone appears. Larger Text will make text across your device bigger, including the Lock Screen clock. It will also enlarge app icons and other UI elements.
- Default is the default zoom, which uses a smaller text size, smaller app icons, and a smaller clock.
- Once you’re satisfied with the Display Zoom you have chosen, tap Done to save your changes.
Note: Changing your Display Zoom, will require you to restart your iPhone to take effect.
This is just one way to increase the font size on your iPhone. If you would like to change your iPhone’s font size without changing the Display Zoom, you can do that too, although it won't affect the size of the Lock Screen clock.
