How to Use Control Center to Adjust the Volume on Your iPhone or iPad

There are multiple ways to control volume on the iPhone or iPad. One such way is the volume control on the side of the device, another way is within the app playing the song or video creating the sound. However, you can also adjust the volume from Control Center. This is nice, because you can be listening to music while browsing or have you phone locked and easily swipe up to adjust the volume. Here’s how to use Control Center to adjust the volume.

From any Home screen on your iPhone, swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Control Center will pop up. At the top you’ll see circular icons for Bluetooth, Airplane mode, and more. Below that is the screen brightness slider. Then the source of audio ,whether it be a song from Apple Music or something else, and directly below the source is the volume bar. Simply slide your finger across the screen to adjust the volume however you like. That’s it!
