How to Add a Custom Workout on the Apple Watch

Your Apple Watch includes the option to create custom workouts when your activity is not included in the default list of Apple Watch workout-tracking options. To create a custom workout, you'll need to use the option labeled Other in the list of workouts and then name that workout for later use. Let's get going with creating your custom workout on the Apple Watch.

How to Add a Custom Workout on the Apple Watch

  1. Choose Other when choosing a workout type and start the workout in the usual way. 
  2. When you've finished the workout, swipe right and tap End.
  3. Next, tap Name Workout.


     
  4. Select the workout type and then tap Done to save the workout
  5. This custom workout will be available from now on in the workout tracking options on your Apple Watch

    select done

Now your custom workout is ready to go!
