Fat Tuesday is March 4 and the Mardi Gras celebrations are already in full swing. Whether you're traveling to the celebrations in New Orleans or enjoying festivities at home, these three apps will help make the experience even more fun.

1. Mardi Gras Live ($2.99). If you can't go to New Orleans for Mardi Gras you can experience it live with EarthCam. Catch live streaming video from three different vantage points in the Big Easy. Hang out in the Cat's Meow, roam around with party goers on Bourbon Street, or experience a bird's-eye view of things. The app also features a photo booth with masks and beads.

2.Mardi Gras Party-Parade Guide (free)  This app has over 90 parade schedules featuring interactive and graphic parade routes. There's also information on the hottest and hippest restaurants, bars, and music venues in New Orleans. You can listen to Mardi Gras music from Preservation Hall Jazz Band of New Orleans and view photos posted live from the parades. Also, share favorite spots with others via Facebook and Twitter. 

3. Mardi Gras Photo Image Booth (free) This is a fun app that will capture all the Mardi Gras fun. Take in-app photos or use the photos on your Camera Roll to add Mardi Gras frames, images, stamps, and more. Share the results with friends via email or Facebook.
