I received two pairs of Wicked Audio ear buds to review. Why a company with so many choices of ear appliances would want to produce two new models is a mystery. Obviously they must be an improvement over existing models.
Frankly, I don't see how the listening experience could be much better than what the Wicked Deuce and Mojo ear buds produce for your listening pleasure.
A warning comes on the package about using excessive volume. Without thinking I turned a little Mozart on my iPod and plugged in the buds. I thought my head would explode, and the volume was only cranked up half way. Listener beware. These things are powerful indeed.
In the package, there are three different sized sets of ear plug pads for your individual preference. I chose the largest size, which I found to be extremely comfortable. They were easy to keep in my ear, which can be a problem sometimes.
Here are some specs:
Driver: 10 mm Neodymium
Sensitivity: 103 dB
Frequency: 20-20, 000 Hz
Impedance: 16 Ohms
Cord Length: 4 feet
Plug Plating: Gold
The specs are the same for both the Mojo and Deuce models. In fact, the only difference I can see is that the buds on the Mojo are kind of hammer shaped, and the buds on the Deuce are ball shaped. The sound quality was equally superb in both the Deuce and Mojo.
Apparently both come in an array of colors, but I was unable to find them listed on the www.wickedaudio.com site yet. Curiously, I did find them on Amazon. I think the manufacturer would like to have customers get a different color for every day of the week or to match various outfits.

For some reason the Deuce is priced at $7.95, and the Mojo is priced at $17.95. Go figure.
Both of these ear bud sets offer exceptional sound quality at a reasonable price. However you still have to deal with the problem of the cord getting tangled. But they seem to stay in your ear better than some other models.
