App Review - iSeekLaw

image

For those of you looking for an attorney in your area, this app should be of use to you. It will help you find attorneys related to a wide variety of practices related. Whether you want an attorney specializing in litigation, employment, or criminal cases, this app will help you. It allows you to search for attorneys specializing in a wide range of practices. However, you can't pick criminal charges like murder or assault from the menu as a way to find criminal attorneys. You must just select "criminal" from the search field. The civil cases seem to be more varied as you can select from class-action litigation to other specialties.

More rumors about two new iPhones, one with different form factor

image

Rumored details of the new iPhone/s continue to crop up, with some suggesting that there will be two iPhones coming out next month: a low-cost iPhone 4S with an option for a prepaid plan and an iPhone with a new design. Read more on TiPb. The best evidence for a larger-screened, thinner, more tapered phone continues to be the leaking of photos of cases that have been manufactured for the new phone.

Review: Paper Racer by Black Coal Studio

image

I would say that the top down, overhead view is probably my favorite way to look at racing games.  It’s no surprise then that I would be drawn to Paper Racer.  The truth is that at its heart, the game is a solid racer with cool tracks and a decent control scheme.  Unfortunately, there isn’t much in the way of bells and whistles.  That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but with as many offerings as there are in the App Store, it’s all the little extras that make one title stand out from the pack.  Now it is true that you can import your own images for your car, but even that’s been done before.

Now there is even more great MIDI capability burned into the latest version to turn your iPad into a synth master control panel, which now includes the ability to interface with NLog. Read on for the full PR scoop...

GemPang for iPhone - App Review

image

Gempang is a charming match-three game developed by BITPlus Inc. The object of the game is to click on similar-looking monsters and have them burst by dragging them onto a central water monster called "Aquose." Aquose eats them and they burst. When the player clicks on matching monsters, they become linked by a water line of sorts and no matter how far away they are from Aquose, they can be sent toward him. Players do this by dragging them as a group toward Aquose.

Prepaid iPhone plans may be coming

image

Some people prefer prepaid mobile phone plans, which don't require a contract and often cost less, especially for those who don't use their phone a lot. Another advantage is that you're not locked into a contract. There have been rumors of prepaid plans for the iPhone. And Verizon and AT&T have just announced new prepaid plans, with some speculating that this is in preparation for a prepaid iPhone coming out in October.

Review: A Space Shooter For Free by Frima

image

A Space Shooter is simply that – a space shooter.  There’s nothing spectacular about the game play, and honestly not a whole lot original about the story or anything else.  What makes this worth playing, aside from the basic thrill of blowing up everything that stands in your way (which is a formula that’s hard, though not impossible, to mess up), is the game’s personality.  The irreverent hero is amusing, the villains are outlandish, and the A.I. put’s James Cameron’s movie to shame.  Game play wise I can rattle off half a dozen other games that are more fun, but when it comes to sheer atmosphere, A Space Shooter is hard to beat… and the captain would be more than happy to tell you so.

Analyst suggests second week of October for availability of next iPhone

image

CNET has posted a summary of comments today from an analyst who has estimated the arrival of the next iPhone based on the timing imminent release of the final version of the iOS 5 software. He's saying that the units won't likely be available the second week of October. He's also among those suggesting that the form factor won't change.

Defen-G Astro iPhone App Review

image

Do you have the skill needed to defend the Tower of Atia from the attackers? In other words, the world is in your hands and if you can't handle it, then Defen-G Astro [$2.99] probably isn't your cup of tea. Otherwise, even though it's an overused cliche on the App Store, it still proves to be an interesting genre when developers apply their personality to it - take control of the defenders, and defend the all-so powerful tower in this strategic solution to any boring moments.

Everything iPhone - Apps, Accessories, Reviews, Wallpapers etc | iPhone Life Magazine

The iPhone has become a benchmark for all other smartphones to compete with.  Reviews on the cases, accessories, apps, wallpapers and more are located below.  Here are a couple of Articles that showcase what we have to offer.  For eaxample, iPhone 4S by Alex Cequea (iPhone Life Magazine Editor in Chief).

In that article, Alex says that the iPhone 4S has the exact same physical form factor as the iPhone 4. However, the insides are a whole different story, and Apple tried to make that very clear. The most notable improvements are the 8MP camera with 1080p video recording, the A5 dual-core processor (same as the iPad 2), and an improved battery life (8 hours of 3G talk time, 200 hours of standby). As far as the capabilities, the new Siri Assistant feature was the highlight of the show. The Siri Assistant recognizes natural language and can answer questions such as, "What's the temperature out today?" Combined with the phone's GPS, you can say something like, "Remind me to call my wife when I get to work." The Assistant will not only know who your "wife" is, it'll also know where "work" is and pop up a reminder to "call Marcy" when you get there."

Here's another great article, The Best iPhone 4 Cases. This article goes on to explain that like its iPhone predecessors, cases have become one of the most popular ways to accessorize your cell phone. Most cell phone consumers buy a case bundled with their new phone to protect it from day one. And who can blame them? Mobile devices have become hugely valuable and expensive items; you want to protect them the best way you can. There are literally hundreds of cases on the market. Let's examine the different options available on the market to help you choose the one that's right for you.

What to know how to create your own app?  "The first step in creating an app is to understand what you want to create and how you will measure its success. Make sure the idea is well vetted and there is a solid business case behind it. There are roughly 600 new apps submitted to Apple each day—what is going to differentiate your app from the thousands that are already available and being launched each week? Here are some questions you’ll want to ask when getting your app idea..."
