Wal-Mart Starts Black Friday Early with Deals on the iPad mini

Black Friday is about a week away, but many retailers aren't waiting to launch significant deals on iPads and other Apple products. In fact, this Black Friday might be the calmest one yet, considering all of the "cyber sales" and month-long Black November sales, in addition to several chains opening up on Thanksgiving Day itself. By the time Black Friday comes around, holiday shoppers may already have purchased everything on their wishlist.

If an iPad mini is on your list, Walmart already has its Black Friday pricing activated. A still very useful iPad mini 2 is just $199. That's only $10 more than the price for a refurbished model and $30 less than Walmart's Sprint-enabled cellular model. The iPad Air 2 and new iPad Pro are great, but I prefer the size of a mini and have found that my iPad mini 3 travels with me far more often than my old full-size iPads ever did. Check out all the Black Friday iPad deals here.
