Review: iPhone 8, 8 Plus & iPhone X Cases from Case-Mate

Of course I want to get a new iPhone; but before I received samples of the Case-Mate cases for the new iPhones ($25–$60), I was all set to get an iPhone 8. The size of the cases showed me just how compact the iPhone X is, and I changed my mind. All because of a case. It brought home how I could get a screen on par with the 8 Plus but in a phone the size of an 8. And Case-Mate has designed a wide selection of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus and iPhone X cases to complement the new iPhones, whichever model you choose.

Everyone should be able to find something they like thanks to the wide selection of Case-Mate styles from glamorous to more masculine options. Ultimately, it would be hard to decide which one to get; but at these prices, it's reasonable to get a few styles. I will remind you that the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and X offer wireless charging, so keep in mind that the cases with a wallet and mirror on the back might make that difficult.

  • Wide selection of styles
  • Glamorous designs
  • Reasonably priced entry-level options
  • Options like wallets, folio, stands

  • Hard to decide which one to get!

Final Verdict

If you are looking for a case for the new iPhone, you should be able to find one you like from the assorted cases from Case-Mate.
