Review: Casely's iPhone Case of the Month Club Is Affordable & Fun

If you consider an iPhone case a fashion statement, you can now make a new statement every month without breaking the bank. The folks at Casely gave me a sneak peak at one of their cases of the month, via their Case Club (starting at $15/month). It's a novel idea. Many of us like to change cases periodically, but that can get expensive. With the Casely subscription box, you can have a new case every month for as little as $15 per month, with free shipping.

If you prefer, you can have a monthly or seasonal (every three months) subscription. You can also skip a month or cancel anytime. The default is a slimmer, classic design; but for $10 more, they have a "Bold"case option with an extra layer of protection. I like that both options have full protection on the bottom, where the ports are. This is an area where many competitors skimp.

Each month you get an advance alert and can choose from a pair of designs or just be surprised. And if you upgrade phones, you can always switch the type of phone in your plan. Casely supports just about every iPhone from the iPhone 6 forward.

Pros

  • Choose Monthly or Seasonal Subscription
  • Skip a month or cancel anytime
  • Slim or Bold case options
  • Choose from a pair of designs or be surprised
  • Reasonably priced

Cons

  • Sales tax in NY state

Final Verdict

Casely's Case Club is a fun and affordable way to collect fashionable iPhone cases.
