Review: Affordable Wireless Bluetooth Headphone & Earbud Options from Wicked Audio

I had the opportunity to check out both the Endo ($44.99) and WCKD1 ($74.99)Bluetooth headphones from Wicked Audio. The Endo is an on-ear set of headphones and the WCKD1 is an in-ear earbud version. They have a lot of similarities, so choosing one depends on whether you prefer wireless Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth earbuds.

The Endo and WCKD1 both offer eight-plus hours of battery life. Both can be used in wired mode if you run out of juice or are on an airplane. The earbuds have a neck strap and a pendant-style microphone and controller. The Endo headphones also fold flat for compact storage. They have rubberized accents and look stylish, although are only available in black. Both devices have an integrated microphone with controls.

I tend to prefer headphones over earbuds because it's hard to find earbuds that fit well and stay in, but the WCKD1 earbuds have a ton of different size earbud pieces so you should be able to get a good fit.

Pros

  • Comfortable, with padding and rubberized accents
  • Eight-plus hours of battery life
  • Auxiliary cable for wired connection
  • Folds compactly
  • Integrated microphone with controls

Cons

  • One color (black)
  • Need to remember to pack the wired cable

Final Verdict

Whether you prefer headphones or earbuds, Wicked Audio has got you covered.
