Portable Bluetooth Speaker Doubles as a White Noise Sound Machine

I was surprised that the LectroFan micro Wireless speaker ($34.95) was more than a portable Bluetooth speaker, given its compact size and attractive price. The tiny speaker does double duty as a white noise sound machine, which can help you sleep better by drowning out background noise.

The Bluetooth speaker unit rotates away so it gets even more compact. In fact, it looks like a cosmetic jar, which makes it easy to store for travel. The micro is a decent sounding wireless speaker that pairs via Bluetooth, but there's no audio jack. It is sold in white or black, both with silver accents and has a nice rubbery base for grip.

Pros

  • Compact, with swivel design
  • Decent sounding wireless speaker
  • Bluetooth
  • White noise sound machine
  • White or Black

Cons

  • No audio in jack

Final Verdict

The LectroFan micro Wireless speaker deserves a spot in your travel bag, especially if you could use a white noise sound machine to sleep better.
