Jabra Wireless Headphones Offer Great Sound on a Budget

I don’t know when headphones got so expensive, but I clearly wasn’t paying attention when CDs turned into MP3s and headphones became luxury listening items. For this reason, Jabra Move Wireless ($99.99) are a refreshing option for listeners who want awesome sound in a reasonable price range. Jabra previously impressed me with its Sport Pulse earbuds, but I was skeptical to see if Jabra’s regular headphones could stand up to the test.

My first impression was general surprise. The headphones are smaller than I expected. My concern with small earmuffs on headphones is always that they’ll hurt my ears after a few hours and force me to switch to earbuds. I was delighted to discover that was not the case with Jabra’s Move Wireless headphones. The headphones are small, but that also means they’re incredibly lightweight, so my ears never felt crushed.

I love all things wireless, but I also appreciate having the wired option that the Move Wireless headphones provide. The headphones did last me a full day at work (8 hours), but I forgot to charge them overnight. However, that wasn’t a problem with the wire option. I could just plug them into my iPhone and listen immediately.

The defining feature of the Move Wireless headphones the sound. Sure, you could find headphones that are way better on sound, but you’ll also pay hundreds of dollars for them. What’s impressive to me about Jabra’s Move Wireless is the quality of sound you get for the price. The headphones are lightweight, minimal, and portable. Jabra didn’t make them look flashy or fancy. The company focused on what matters when it comes to headphones: sound.

Pros:

  • Great sound for small budget

  • Lightweight and portable

  • Wireless but includes wire cable

  • Comfortable

Cons:

  • Small muffs on headphones

Final Verdict:

You’d be hard pressed to find headphones in this price range with an equal quality of sound. Jabra is one of my favorite earbud retailers for a reason, and it didn’t disappoint this time around when testing its Move Wireless headphones
