How to Watch the WWDC Live Stream Keynote on June 13

how to watch WWDC live stream

WWDC begins next Monday! If you want to watch the live stream (whether from your iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, or Mac/PC), we’ve got your how-to right here. The WWDC Keynote will be on June 13 at 10 am pacific time; here in Iowa, we’ll be sitting down to watch it at noon. Apple provides lots of ways to live stream WWDC from your devices, and you can use the WWDC app to follow coverage of the entire conference as it happens. Here’s how to watch the WWDC keynote live.

WWDC Live Stream on Apple TV, iPad, or iPhone

For those of us who plan to watch the WWDC live stream on the new Apple TV (4th gen), iPad or iPhone — there’s an app for that. If you’re on iPad or iPhone, open the App Store and search WWDC. Apple’s app will come up. All you need to do is download the WWDC app and tune in the morning of June 13. The app also happens to be the closest way to attend WWDC without buying the tickets or actually being there. You can follow, not only the keynote on Monday but, the entire conference with Apple Watch updates if your heart so desires.

The WWDC app is also in the tvOS App Store. Search for it on your Apple TV, download the app, and you’re ready to watch the WWDC live stream.

Supposedly, Apple TV 2nd and 3rd generations should be able to live-stream the event as well. Although if you know how, comment below.

WWDC Live Stream on Mac or PC

If you want to watch WWDC live stream on Mac, just open Safari and visit Apple’s Event page.

To watch WWDC on PC, download the new Edge browser by Microsoft for Windows 10 users. Then visit Apple’s Event page, and you’ll be able to live stream the keynote event as easily as any Mac user.
