Apple Watch Hermes Bands To Be Sold Separately Starting April 19

Apple and high-fashion brand Hermes have had a partnership for awhile now. At first the special edition Hermes watch was available in select stores and was eventually sold online. Now you’ll be able to buy just the Hermes watch bands to accompany your significantly less expensive Apple Watch. The bands will be available in single tour, double tour, and cuff with new colors debuting too. But you’ll still have to pay a pretty penny to get one.

The Apple website has already been updated to show the new options that will be available beginning April 19. Previously, the bands were available in Fauve (deer brown), Etain (tin gray), Capucine (red), and Bleu Jean (blue). On April 19, Apple and Hermes will add Bleu Paon (green), Bleu Saphir (blue), Blanc (white), and Feu (orange) colors to the lineup.

As for pricing, the Single Tour for 38mm and 42mm watches will cost $340. The Double Tour band, limited to 38mm models, will sell for $490. And the Cuff will cost $690, available only for 42mm models. Color availability varies depending on the band. So if anyone out there wants to get me a deer brown Double Tour, that’d be great. I’ll be looking for a solid knock-off in the meantime.
