Veronica’s Garden Tracker ($1.99)

Do you find yourself constantly losing track of what you’ve planted and where? Well then consider downloading this app, which lets you tracks where you’ve planted your vegetables. You can also compare previous seasons, track milestone dates, and record your watering schedule.

Life (Free)

This gardening journal allows you to create plant lists, receive instant weather updates, track the growth of your current plants, and even record your plant’s progress by taking photos. The concept is simple, but it’s really exciting to be able to compare where your plants were to where they are now.

Garden Compass (Free)

Unlike many plant identification apps that try to match your photos with those on the internet, Garden Compass gives you personalized feedback from world renowned horticultural experts.  You can also improve your gardening skills with tips and articles, and keep your garden flourishing using the app’s built-in garden care calendar.

Garden Plan Pro ($7.99)

Visualizing how you want your garden to be set up can be one of the most overwhelming steps. This app lets you map out your garden plot and see how everything you want to plant fits together. You can add fruit trees, patches of your favorite herbs, and even rows of tomatoes and peas. And the app offers a database of gardening knowledge to help make your garden successful.
