More leaked photos: iPad mini and new nano-SIM tray for iPhone 5

Is this simply part of Apple's marketing: a strategic leaking of images to generate buzz? Anyway, it's fun being in this stage in the run-up to the next product launch from Apple. The first "iPad mini" photos have appeared, but as the website M.I.C. Gadget notes in its post, there's zero authentication. Still, the site apparently finds them credible. Of note is the fact that there's no rear-facing camera. If that's true, that means that Apple is clearly intent on keeping the price low to compete with the Kindle Fire and Nexus 7 tablets, neither of which sports a rear-facing camera for taking photos and video.

Also appearing online today are photos of the nano-SIM tray used in the forthcoming iPhone. The photos apparently confirm the rumor that Apple will be shifting from a micro-SIM to the smaller nano-SIM, again in the pursuit of making an ever-thinner device.
