Apple suppliers prepare for largest launch in history; More photos leaked

More evidence for the anticipated arrival of the next iPhone in September 12 — and maybe also the iPad mini sometime after that, plus a possible TV set — comes from a survey of Apple's suppliers, which found that they're selling a ton of parts for new Apple devices. The report on AppleInsider says that these sales by suppliers indicate that this is going to be Apple's largest product launch in history. More leaked photos for the new iPhone appeared, this time the protective shield and vibrator assembly. Again, it suggests that the new iPhone will have a 4-inch display. Also, MacDailyNews reports that despite the anticipation of a new phone, Apple still outsold Samsung by a large margin in the U.S. in the second quarter, with sales of 31 million compared to Samsung's 24 million.
