ABC PocketPhonics can give your child a head start in school. For only $1.99, you can “hire” this nifty phonics tutor to prepare your beginning reader and writer for school. And it works!
First, students get a jump-start on reading by learning and practicing the sounds for each letter. Then, they learn to write the letters of the alphabet by tracing letters on the iPhone, iPod or iPad screen with a finger or a stylus. They can practice lowercase and uppercase in D’Nealean or ZanerBloser style. The accuracy can be adjusted so your child doesn’t get frustrated. As your child improves, you can increase the sensitivity.
I wish this were around when mine were young! 5 Stars!
