Goosed-Up is Hilarious and Fun!

Here’s another children’s book app developer that got it right – Goosed Up HD is colorful, entertaining and fun. This is not a book formatted for an iPad. This is the new animated, electronic book that makes reading fun!

Goosed-Up contains eight Mother Goose rhymes including Humpty Dumpty, Little Miss Muffet, Old Mother Hubbard, The Crooked Man, Jack and Jill, Hey Diddle Diddle, The Three Blind Mice, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Each rhyme includes animations that kids have to search out like collecting acorns, looking for dragons, and helping a frog catch flies.

There are four interactive games including putting Humpty Dumpty back together again, matching a drawer full of burping and cackling critters, and helping mice playing Whack-a-Mole with the farmer’s wife as the target (that’s an interesting concept!).

The audio and sound effects are delightful, not boring! Monsters that sound like monsters, a Miss Muffet who knows how to scream, and the narrator is a hoot!

My only frustration with the app is that it’s easy to hit the home button or the next story button while searching for the animations. It’s extremely frustrating when it starts the story all way back to the beginning when you do this. Please fix this!

Other than that, this is a 5-star app and one your child will not tire of easily. Great job!
