Imagine you have a form or a contract that you would like to fill out in real time on your iPad. What do you do? I'll tell you what, download Sign My Pad ($3.99) onto your iPad right now! It is developed by

This app will take any pdf and allow you to mark it up in ways that no other annotator will. You can actually fill out forms, check boxes, fill in dates, and add initials or signatures.

I have included screen shots of a real estate Purchase and Sales contract that was filled out entirely on my iPad. Notice the initials on the bottom as well as the signatures and dates.

What I love is that a signature is filled in on a large surface and then resized to fit in any area. All annotations can be moved around, resized or deleted and changed. After everything is completed to your liking, you can save it or e-mail it as a pdf, which then locks all changes. The document can be opened again and modified, but previous changes cannot be altered.

This app has transformed how I work and what I am capable of doing on the road. This is just what I envisioned when I bought my iPad 6 months ago. I no longer have to carry a briefcase full of forms with me wherever I go.
