Find your keys, wallet, and more with WalletTrackr from PhoneHalo

Forget Find my iPhone, and Find my Friends... With the WalletTrackr, Phone Halo's SelfStarter (an open source competitor to Kickstarter) project, you can use your iPhone, or iPad, or iPod touch to find just about anything! Attach a fob to your keychain or insert a slim card in your wallet or purse and use their iOS app to find the object using a slick interface. The app will remember where the fob was when you were last in contact with it, and play a song when you become separated, and help you find it, much like Apple's Find my iPhone.

I get pitched a lot, but I can't afford to back all the kickstarter style projects I come across. However, I'm putting my money where my mouth is, with the Phone Halo WalletTrackr.

Heck, at $19, it's one of the cheapest accessories you can get, and it could be invaluable.

In fact, turns out I was the first backer, as its just gone live, so come on in, the water's fine!

I am really excited about this, not only because of the technology, but because of the affordability. It's a small price to pay to keep track of your valuable gear.

In addition to the slim device, they have hooked up with a designer to create wallets for men and women that accommodate the WalletTrackr.

I can't wait until the project is funded and the items ship. I'll be sure to write a more in depth review, at that time.
