[prMac.com] Atlanta, Georgia - KJM Productions today is pleased to announce the release of Food RX 1.42, an update to their easy-to-use paleo and zone dieting application developed for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. Food RX is the workout buddy who won't hit on or talk to you all the time and is always available with the paleo and zone diet resources needed to be successful. Todays update includes additional workout features, user interface enhancements, a unit converter and now fully supports the iPhone 5 screen. Whether your a CrossFitter or completely new to the paleo or zone diet Food RX is the right choice.
Deciding on a workout (or WOD) is no longer something you need to think about if you're using Food RX. The latest update includes a randomized workout button, which tells you the days workout. Often CrossFit WOD's require the conversion between kilograms and pounds. In the settings view users can now easily convert between these units using a beautifully designed user interface.
Other notable features include a paleo food database with more than 7000 foods. Zone dieters can quickly determine the quantity needed to fulfill a food block or back convert to blocks by entering the quantity and letting Food RX to determine the food block equivalent. The next update will further enhance the food database. Two examples are detailed nutritional information for all food items and Food RX will track what percentage of logged foods are paleo approved.
Food RX welcomes feature requests. The randomized workout button is one example of a user requested feature. Moreover, the next update includes several additional ones. Please send an e-mail if there's something you'd like added.
