Make friends guess mystery pictures in new app Cat the Picture
With the new app Cat the Picture friends can challenge and tease each other in a fun way. The app, specifically developed for the iPhone, is a game centred around one’s own pictures and transforms these pictures in a mysterious way. Challenge and tease friends to discover the objects in the pictures as fast as possible. An app for all ages.
For eight years 800.000 people in the Netherlands daily watched the popular game show: Get the Picture. In spite of its successes the show was slowly sunset and disappeared from TV. Specifically for visually oriented people who like to solve puzzles Cat the Picture is a worthy successor. On top of this, this app allows the player to decide which object needs to be correctly guessed.
It is a fun game with a simple goal. Snap a picture of an object anywhere in the immediate surroundings,for example: a cat, a delicious cappuccino, a hubcap or high heels. The player can also select a previously taken picture, for example a Star Fish on the beach. Add a special effect in order to obfuscate the subject and create the mystery. Happy with the result? Send the deformed image to a friend.
Now the guessing can begin! As soon as the opponent opens the picture a timer appears and the countdown starts! Whilst the picture comes more and more into focus the score will decrease. The name of the object has to be spelled from a series of letters. The faster this word is spelled, the higher the score.Beware that, by an incorrect guessthe cat will scream!
Tease and challenge each other, amaze friends with artistic and creative pictures and have fun with the unexpected results. The app Cat the Picture will offer creative players unlimited possibilities to tease and fake out their friends. The app has been developed exclusively for the iPhone by DTT Multimeadia (the popular apps Scoupy, Dragonfly and Ajax1 were developed by the same company) and is now available in the App Store.
