Survey Says: People Love Their Tablets!

image

Here is another thing that came out this week, from Staples. I'm sharing it because I thought it was a neat survey illustration. What do you think?

G-Form Extreme Edge Case Test

This came in one of the press releases last week, but I’m just getting to it now. It’s a test of one of the G-Form cases. I’m a little skeptical of this but you have to check the video out. It is a great HD video.

Review: Verbatim Mobile Wireless Keyboard

image

I was able to take Verbatim's Mobile Wireless Bluetooth keyboard for a spin. This is a revision to an earlier model they have.  In the package, you get their keyboard, batteries, case, and guide.

This keyboard reminds me of the days when I was using a ThinkOutside and Palm Wireless keyboard with my pocket PC's. This keyboard folds in half when not in use and can be placed in the included carrying pouch. It is a little thick when folded in half but none the less, it's still pretty compact and easy to store.

Review: Kensington Virtuoso Metro Stylus and Pen for Tablets

image

The folks at Kensington sent me their Virtuoso Metro Stylus and Pen for Tablets to try out for review. I have a love hate relationship with this pen. It’s the first pen stylus combo I have used for tablets and I absolutely love that concept.

You can see the full feature listing below along with all my pics at the end. The pen itself is very comfortable to use and in my opinion it writes very well. I don’t use ballpoint pens too often as I prefer to use my Sharpie fine point pens. But I have to say, I really like the way this writes.

Review: Scosche clipSYNC

image

Earlier in the year, I got to check out Scoche’s flipSYNC II, which was a keychain charge and sync cable for your iOS device. I will put the link for that review at the end. They expanded that concept and took it up a notch and released the clipSYNC. It essentially performs the same operation of syncing and charging your device. But in this unit, they added in a built-in carabiner clip so you can clip it anywhere for storage or on the go.

Check out my original review for the operation of the sync and charge cable, as that process has not changed at all.

Review: ZAGGkeys Solo Bluetooth Keyboard

image

Not too long ago, Zagg came out with the ZAGGkeys Solo. This is a bluetooth keyboard that works with many tablets, some smartphones, iPhones and iPod Touches. It works with both iOS and Android.

Review: STM Stash

image

In one of my previous posts, I had mentioned that STM had just released their new bag called the Stash. This shoulder style bag is compact and designed to fit an iPad or most other 10" tablets. This comes in the colors black and berry.

The bag is made of microfiber and has soft padding in the device compartment. The strap is adjustable and removeable.

Review: Arkon Universal Windshield Tablet Mount

image

Arkon sent me their recently released tablet mount system to try out. This universal system not only allows you to use your iPad, but a wide assortment of tablets in your vehicle by placing the device in a mount system that attaches to your windshield.

In the package you get the extension arm and spring loaded holder. There are six arms that also slide onto the holder. They consist of two sizes that allow you to mix and match for your particular needs.

RIP SJ!

This was a neat illustration / image that was in my local newspaper last week, that I wanted to share.
