Review: The Pad Strap

image

If you like using your iPad with no case it, then this accessory may be for you. The Pad Strap is a hand strap for your iPad. It secures onto the back of your device. The strap is made of two leather pockets with strong elastic in the middle. The leather pockets go over two of the iPad corners. You can use this is portrait or landscape mode.

The elastic is a tight fit on the device which is good.

Review: The Toddy

image

We all love our gadgets but one of the things we despise is the fingerprints and smudges that are left on them. It’s a never ending battle to keep our little guys clean. Chances are you probably have a few or more microfiber cloths lying around. Some of them are nice and some are pretty cheap. Recently, I got to try out a new microfiber cloth called the “Toddy.”

It’s a very stylish 5”x7” cleaning cloth. But don’t let the pretty looks fool you. This guy can clean. The specs below tell you what this is made of.

Review: RichardSolo 9000 mAh Mobile Charger

image

Richard Solo introduced another backup battery to their lineup, which is their 9000mAh Mobile Charger. There is enough power in this bad boy to give almost a 100% charge to your iPad or increase the amount of hours you can use your iPhone or iPod. According to their specs as it relates to the iPhone/iPod “the Mobile Charger can increase your movie viewing or Internet browsing time from 5-6 hours to 68 hours — or audio up to 325 hours.” For my review, I am using it exclusively with my iPad.

Review: Joby GorillaMobile Ori for iPad

image

The GorillaMobile Ori case is a combination of aluminum and polycarbonate with a design inspired by origami. At first glance, it opens up folio style. The inside cover has a soft protective material that will not scratch your screen. The iPad itself slips into a white hard shell case which has rubbery silicone on the edges.

Review: Otter Box Utility Series Latch for iPad

image

The Latch is a utility accessory for the iPad 1. It can be used in conjunction with the Defender or Commuter series case, or it can be used by itself. The system comes attached on a cardboard sheet. It reminds me of a backpack for your iPad when you are looking at it. But don’t let that picture fool you.
