is a graphics-fest of apocolyptic scenery, monsters, and technological nightmares! The game has some genuinely fun and hair-raising tactical scenarios (some predictable enemy behavior as well). The control options work well, and the game is very responsive in all but a few situations. If you are looking for yet another uber-assault TPS game that is simply gorgeous on iPad, then I imagine you will not flinch at plunking down the 8 bucks. TPS is not necessarily my cup of tea, but ShadowGun is a blast, and it is well-done.
I’m not an animal lover, but I’m also not one to see innocent little creatures get consumed by vicious predators – at least not as a general rule. Unfortunately, Kula Blox makes the whole experience rather compelling. This cute “falling” game actually adds a couple of cool twists to the whole genre and in the process it manages to create an entertaining casual game. I honestly didn’t know much about Kula Blox before agreeing to review the game, but now I’m glad I volunteered for this adventure.
Stinger Games’ newly launched Stinger Foosball League takes a game that’s already a step removed from reality into a truly virtual environment. Foosball, of course, is the table version of football or soccer. With Stinger Foosball League, the field that was crammed into a table in a pub is now in your iOS device.
Flag Wars is an extremely strategic game that requires focus, attention, and detailed knowledge of the rules to be successful. But, for those who enjoy a challenge; this app can definitely fulfill that need. Luckily, the moment that you are brought to its homepage; you are given the option to start a new game, view the leader board, and of course learn how to play. Even though the game is comparable to other games on the market; it is still highly recommended to read the instructions prior to starting a game. Otherwise, it’s a guarantee that you’ll be lost. The instructions are simple by matching picture with definition; so understanding it is the easy part. Remembering and applying is where it gets a little difficult.
Looks pretty amazing (at an amazing $7.99 price), the console-quality graphics provided by the Unity game engine appear to be off the chain (yes, my outmoded way of saying it is totally beyond cool)! Also now the iTunes iPad "Game of the Week", you can grab this awesome shooter here, or read on for full PR details and video...

You need 3rd or 4th gen iP device (or an iPad) and 4.2 iOS or later to enjoy it. Hurry!
This is a remake of a classic Amiga game called Nibby Nibble. The visuals in iNibby Nibble are more refined than the classic version as there are more curved surfaces rather than levels made up of square grids (for the outer walls). The level backgrounds in iNibby Nibble don't really move and seem pre-rendered.
More TD fun, and FREE for a limited time thanks to DailyAppDream, grab Staunch Defense here. This is decidely low-tech looking, but more the thinking person's Tower Defense in terms of depth. 20 different towers, 6 different buildings, and 60+ technologies to pick from... There are games, and then there are "Games". Games so cool and immersive, you wish they were actually in some sidereal universe you could visit (with game cheats, unlimited shields and heavy weapons of course). When I first experienced Another World, I instantly put it in that category. From the opening action sequences that set up the very cool back-story (could be a movie), to the point you crawl out of the water on Another World - 20th Anniversary (and see that thing on the cliff watching you) you feel creeped out... Tip to new game developers: This how to create a unique and compelling adventure game.
