An interesting collection of stands that are not exactly stands has come my way. They range from wall-mounted pockets to adjustable car mounts to a robot-like dolly. Each offers a unique take on how to make an iPhone stand on its own.
The Bravo ($99.99, special offer) is an aluminum, waterproof and rugged, heavy-duty iPhone 5/5s case. It enters an increasingly crowded field of extreme-protection iPhone cases. Not only does this case manage to hold its own and shine amongst a crowd of excellent waterproof cases, with its ability to be submerged to about 7 feet and its drop-test rating of over 6 feet, the Bravo actually exceeds the highest standards of some of the industry leading alternatives for waterproof iPhone case protection.

I've written before about the Powermat offerings from Duracell, so I was pleased to see some enhancements to the product line. The Powermat products share a wireless charging mechanism that makes it really convenient to charge your batteries. Simply place the iPhone on a Powermat charging mat and the friendly beep indicates your phone is charging. No more fumbling for cables, especially at night.
I love my new gold iPhone 5s, and I want to keep that gold-tone finish scratch free—but I don't want to hide the phone in a bulky case. Fortunately, there's the ThinShield from HyperShield. The case is available in assorted colors. Naturally, I chose the nearly clear version (technically called "white") so the gold color shows through.
If you've managed to get your hands on a rare gold iPhone 5s, as I was finally able to do, you probably don't want to cover up that rare metal exterior with a boring case. However, you probably do want to protect that phone. A Ventare A (for aluminum) case from Draco may be just the solution.
You open the box and remove the object, which is still and inert, but filled with potential. It will need power, a shock to start its heart, to ignite the apple at its core. But first it must be unwrapped. The powerless slab lies completely encased in a clear, thin, suffocating film. Quietly it waits. Magic contained in a box.
Peel its clear skin back and reveal the underlying structure. Plug it in. Let the lightning flow. The clear skin lies in piles on the side, used and discarded…

If you haven't already heard, earlier this year one of the world’s leading case manufacturers, Otterbox, bought out their friendly rival in the case development and production business, Lifeproof. Ever since Otterbox made this acquisition I've been eagerly awaiting the release of the first hybrid Otterbox/Lifeproof case. Well, my wait is finally over, as Otterbox has just unveiled the Preserver iPhone case for the iPhones 5/5S/5C ($89.95). With the introduction of the Preserver, Otterbox has in my opinion, created one of the best protective iPhone cases in the ever more crowded field of waterproof and rugged protection cases. If you liked the Otterbox Armor and the Lifeproof frē, or if you are in search of one of the most reliable heavy-duty iPhone cases on the market, you will simply love the new Otterbox Preserver. Read on for all the details of this stellar new protective iPhone case....
If you're like me, you carry your iPhone everywhere. And sometimes you just need to carry a few credit cards and some form of identification. Instead of a dedicated wallet, you could get a case with a built in slot for cards. I've tried a few such cases. But they're typically too bulky too make it worthwhile.
