I've written before
about the iHangy iPhone necklace
and it's been well received everywhere I've worn mine. But the one thing many folks have asked for are integrated earbuds. Those wishes have been addressed.
When I saw the MatchBook Pro
(no, that's not a typo for MacBook Pro) I was intrigued. I don't smoke, but I light candles occasionally so the exposed 'matches' that really function as a kickstand are a neat touch.
The case itself is well made, with a felt lining to protect your iPhone 4 or 4S, and a hard shell exterior. The 'matches' have a rubber tip which helps keep the case stationary when the kickstand is in use.
I saw a beautiful iPhone case
at MacWorld, and the aesthetics alone were worth the purchase price, but there's more than meets the eye. Trü Protection
tells us that 15 percent of the purchase price goes to a specific charity, depending on the case design.
I like to change my iPhone case frequently, depending on the situation. This weekend, I participated in a Startup Weekend (my app won Best Mobile App, by the way!) so I needed a case with a battery pack, during the 54 hour marathon session.
I'm always on the lookout for the right iPhone case, and usually that means swapping out cases based on the occasion. For a fancy night out, I'll look for a sleek case. For camping, something rugged. For day to day use, something with protection but not too bulky. And for extended use, away from power outlets, I'll want a case with a built-in battery pack. It's hard to find a case that meets more than one of those requirements.
Sena makes some great leather cases for iPads, and I've written about them in the past
, so I was excited to see their latest iPhone offering. The Creativo case
doesn't disappoint. Naturally, as with all Sena cases, the leather is high quality, but at under $40, it's still affordable.
Now that Spring is here, we all find ourselves outside more. That means we need to have cases to protect our precious iOS devices. What better way than with an incredibly refreshing color selection from Speck Products.
I've written about the iDangle before, and while it has some advantages, there's a new kid in town called the iHangy that might appeal to the ladies.
