Multiple delays have plagued the product, but at last, iOS gamers can breathe a collective sigh of relief, as the device's creator, @craigix, has announced that orders are finally going to be taken this weekend. Becoming quite the case snob recently... This week I have found 2 great cases for iPod touch (though the iMainGoX shown works also with iPhone, most MP3 or similar devices and not exactly new). The other is the new Trident Aegis series case for iPod (shown below), which I like a lot. Wasn't sure what to think of the iMainGoX with it's bulky, zippered, hardshell design that includes a small stereo speaker set mounted on one side, until I heard the speakers. Cool, would aptly describe it...
You know what I like about this case besides the fact that it looks cool? I like that you can remove the bottom of the case for quick and easy docking without having to remove the whole case. What a genius idea! More manufacturers should do this!

Just last month, a company called iChair launched a case series they call the iChair. The iChair is a multipurpose slider case which also has some extras. They created one for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. The folks at iChair sent me the iPad case to evaluate. The first thing that came to my mind when I opened the package was an Incase Slider hooked up with a silicone case. But it’s actually much more than that which I will present below.
