The PicFlick app is a photo management app which is designed to help people organize and share pictures and other images on their iPad, iPad 2 and iPad 3 devices. This app allows users access to dozens of great features which are not supported by default on these devices. These features will make it much easier to store your pictures in a way that is far easier and more intuitive.
You can also edit your photos quickly and easily from within the app. This includes functions such as cropping the images, centering the image how you’d like, re-size the picture, rotate it and much more. While the app does not allow full editing like photo shop or something similar, it can handle the majority of what most people want to do to their pictures.
In the last few days, I've participated in several discussion threads in the Phone Cameras / Tablets & Apps forum of DPReview. (See for example THIS, THIS and THIS). In order not to have to repeat the same facts again and again in future discussions, I've decided to dedicate a complete article to the question of using the iPad as a photo frame.
Not to negate the progress that has been made recently in the area of artificial intelligence vocal assistant apps, but relatively speaking, this technology, at a consumer level, is still in its infancy. Even Siri is technically still a BETA release. So we can expect to see some glitches and hang ups in all of the current alternatives for vocal assistant software. That said, some are definitely better than others.
The FantasyxRunners app puts a new and exciting twist on the popular ‘running’ type of app. Like other runner apps the game is played with your character running across the screen and either avoiding or killing enemies and jumping over pits and other obstacles. While running through the different levels you collect rubies by running over them or collecting them from enemies which you kill. When running you can’t stop or turn around so you have to have quick reflexes to collect all the possible rubies.
The Tapose app is a nice productivity app for your iPad which really brings the features from many other apps together into this one great app. It has a collaboration feature which allows you to work with other people on a project; it allows you to use multiple different programs such as word processors, drawing apps, web pages, business cards and much more. You can use them all to create different types of documents or files or combine them all to create multi-media presentations. This is a great app for anyone who loves working on the go, whether it's on a bus hotel room or train this app will help you make the best use of your time no matter where you are.
If you know games, you know Unreal Engine is the head of the pack for 3D graphics. If you didn’t know that, well, now you do. And it’s part of the genius recipe behind Oozoo’s new entry: Brandnew Boy. The game offers up great graphics that run smoothly, but it’s got a whole lot more on the menu as well.
I probably say this more often than I should, but it still amazes me that often the most basic concepts can be the most addictive. Such is the case with the game Propel Man, which falls under the genre of “launch and watch” in terms of game play. It’s certainly a concept you’ve seen many a time before, but Propel Man presents itself in such a way that it almost feels like a fresh take on the idea. Slick audio and visual elements certainly don’t hurt the cause either.
Whether your schedule is a nightmare because of work, school, kids’ activities, additional obligations, or (heaven help you) all of the above, Yunasoft’snew App Store offering Awesome Calendar offers its help.
The dream is a children's story about the main character named Ahmad and his adventure. The book can be either read by kids, or the app will read it to the children making it a fun app for kids from about age two through twelve. In addition to the story this app includes a 'fact find' section where you can tap on highlighted words while reading the story to learn some fun facts such as what different words mean. There is also a 'happy bazzar' which is a place to find related apps quickly and easily. There are several related apps to choose from and with a quick tap you'll be taken right to the app store.
It’s the same old story – alien ship gets hit, and despite their always advanced technology they end up helplessly careening into the earth. Much like another physics puzzler called Marbians you end up in a suburban home and find out that humans are much bigger than you are. You must find all your friends and ultimately flee your gigantic surroundings. The atmosphere is cute but the levels can be quite challenging, so feel free to take the game for a spin even if you are a “macho” adult. So far I haven’t been disappointed.

Now, the iPad 2 has been around for several months and there have been several companies that have based themselves around the needs of this tablet.
