Latest ipad cases blogs
It used to take forever for new iPad cases to arrive. Now it takes days, at most weeks. Many of the new iPad Air cases got the size and shape right, but a few missed the magnets on folios that enable sleep/wake. This first batch of iPad Air cases doesn’t offer any new twists or innovations, instead continuing mostly with cases that are one-offs of earlier iPad cases. The variety does, however, suggest that iPad Air owners will have plenty of options to choose from.
Look for CES announcements to greatly expand the number of options available.
People want to have a personal connection with their gadgets. A unique case is one way to further personalize this relationship. But you don't have to settle for different colored plastic cases that offer little in the way of protection or luxury. I have tried cases from Piel Frama before and always came away impressed. Their latest case for my iPhone 5s is a prime example of luxury and choice.
A reliable protective case not only comes in handy to ward off scratches and scrapes, and a good, heavy-duty protective case can make the difference between a catastrophic, life-ending event for your iDevice and a mere bump in the road. Whether you are a bathtub iBook reader or an outdoor adventurer who always has their iPad in tow, a ruggedly protective case that offers a high measure of insulation from outside elements can be a very worthwhile investment.
With that in mind, check out these ultra-protective iPad cases, each with its own unique features and advantages, yet all designed to absorb and redirect the shock and potential damage to your iPad.
The new iPad Air is amazingly thin, light, and most importantly, fragile. Tylt aims to ruggedize Apple's new flagship tablet with the RUGGD case ($49.99), which does a bit more than simply protect your precious new tablet.

You open the box and remove the object, which is still and inert, but filled with potential. It will need power, a shock to start its heart, to ignite the apple at its core. But first it must be unwrapped. The powerless slab lies completely encased in a clear, thin, suffocating film. Quietly it waits. Magic contained in a box.
Peel its clear skin back and reveal the underlying structure. Plug it in. Let the lightning flow. The clear skin lies in piles on the side, used and discarded…
Is that how you experienced opening your iPad?
If you're like me, you carry your iPhone everywhere. And sometimes you just need to carry a few credit cards and some form of identification. Instead of a dedicated wallet, you could get a case with a built in slot for cards. I've tried a few such cases. But they're typically too bulky too make it worthwhile.
Boost 4200 by Eton ($54.99) is a pocket-sized backup battery pack for your iPhone or iPad.
It measures, 5 inches by 2.5 inches and its slim design allows the Boost to easily fit into a pocket or purse while you're charging your device or just by itself for some power peace of mind.
What I like about the Boost is it's ability to let you know how much juice is left in it. When you pick up the Boost and shake it, it has an LED charge indicator to monitor the battery charge level. That way, you know when you plug your phone in it's going to get charged.
