I first posted about Frequency last March. It's a great, free, video-streaming app on par with the other leading apps that aggregate free video, such as Plizy and ShowYou. Think of these apps as Flipboard for video. At the time I wrote about Frequency, it was iPad only.

Okay, let me start by saying I've never engaged in a more extreme sport than off-road motocross.
