Most of the minimally alotted gaming time (am trying to stay on a budget) again spent playing Galaxy on Fire 2 and Robokill (from the last "What I Played" post), but also found some time to try (in vain) to keep big rig trucks from hitting each other (Highway King--review

I tend toward the action/shooter genre of game probably more than any other type, but once in a while it is fun to do nothing more than steer big rig trucks around the screen. Ah, the mindless, harried nature of the time killer game, be it tower defense or whatever, is not unheard of on my iPod. Highway King adds a drawing element to this kind of game, but if you can't trace out basic shapes on the screen of your iPhone or touch, you might have some frustration (like I did).

Just released on the App store, Highway King, a new time management game that puts you in charge of a trucking outfit! Developed by a team of university students, the game requires you to manage and vector a fleet of big rigs safely to their destinations.
