iFrogz is one of my fav brand of accessory products, mostly because they incorporate clever and stylish designs that are rather well-made. They introduced several new items for CES, and I got at least the 50 cent tour, so let's take a quick look...
The Coda is a sleek-looking headphone unit that fit a bit awkwardly in my opinion. The sound quality was decent in both this product and the new Spectra earbud product (see below). I tried adjusting the new headphones, but just didn't really get a comfortable ear-hugging fit, though I did like the look and finish. They sounded fine, but honestly there is so much ambient noise at these shows even when turning up the volume to ear-shattering levels, it's hard to do comparisons.
The Spectra is an earbud set that features a remote bud to control calls with an in-line mic. The Spectra sounded much like earbuds in this range should sound, and though I didn't get an exact price scale, most of the products mentioned here were under $50.
Many vendors this year breaking new ground into lifestyle or exercise-enhancing gear. iFrogz featured an armband case and earphones for active lifestyle (Motion/Flex). Other accessory products on display included a new USB charging nodule and several new attractive iPhone case designs...
