Described as a cross between SimCIty and Farmville, this simulation game (called City Story) is currently at the price of FREE in the app store, so go grab it! With the added wrinkle that you can also invite Facebook pals to join you as neighbors in the game (whatever that means), might be interesting. Requires a network connection to play.
