iOS 4 for iPad sent to devs

A pre-release "gold master" version of the new iOS 4 for iPad has been sent out to developers to make sure the migration to the new iOS goes smoothly. This MAY mean that it's not far off for end-users as well. Added functionality is rumored to be similar to iOS 4 for iPhone (unsurprisingly) including the ability to create folders, multi-task and more.
