3G S thoughts updated

I’ve just updated my 3G S thoughts on video playback battery use and the same on recording videos. See the last update at the bottom of http://www.iphonelife.com/blog/87/something-you-won’t-find-other-iphone-3g-s-reviews-tons-3g-s-benchmarks-and.

In a nutshell:
- with H.264 movies, the difference in playback power usage is enormous – the 3G S is WAY better.
- The movie recording is also pretty battery-friendly – at least compared to some digicams. There isn’t any time restriction on EU-imported models either – another piece of good news.
