Review: WeKreat Bento Part 1 of 3 (unboxing)

The WeKreat Bento is a multifunctional accessory for the iPad 2 which is also backwards compatible with the iPad 1. This is going to be a three part review over the next couple of weeks. I have been using this for a few days now. I will post my thoughts at the end of the week.

In the package you get a lot. By the way, the packaging itself seems to be top notch, from the cardboard to the protective foam inside. The Bento will arrive to you in a safe condition.

The battery feels rubbery, kind of like the Original Apple iPad case. There is a power switch, power adaptor (for power in) plug, and a USB plug (for power out).

Inside the Bento you have a bunch of stuff. There is a button you press that shows 4 power indicator lights. There is a metal stand that lifts and rotates so you can use landscape tall mode as well as a mode for typing. Best of all, there is a secret compartment. In this compartment, you can reel in your Apple 30 PIN connector and store it away in there. The Apple USB also plugs into a second USB jack in the battery so you can reroute and re-rung the cable out a hole in the side to power your device.

As stated before, it is compatible with iPad 1 and 2. The case and screen protector are for the iPad 2.
